CollegeSports.com Monday, July 12, 2004 Class 2005 guard Eric Devendorf, a Top 100 prospect from Bay City, Mich., is headed to Syracuse over Florida. Devendorf, who had decommitted from Michigan State, will attend Oak Hill Academy, Va., this upcoming season. He averaged 30.6 points as a junior. Sophomore forward/guard Derrick Byars of Memphis-Ridgeway, Tenn., who recently announced he would transfer from Virginia, has decided on Vanderbilt.
