CollegeSports.com Thursday, June 3, 2004 One of the nation's top Class 2005 prospects, Bobby Frasor, a guard from Chicago-Brother Rice, Ill., has committed to North Carolina and coach Roy Williams. Frasor picked the Tar Heels over Georgia Tech, Marquette, Michigan State, North Carolina State, Stanford, Wisconsin and Kansas, among many others.
