Texas RB selects Seminoles

The Florida State Seminoles have pledged running back/athlete Russell Ball of LaMarque, Tex., over Texas A&M, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, BYU, SMU, Houston and Texas Tech, among others. Virginia Tech has a commitment from running back Kenny Jefferson of Hyattsville-DeMatha Catholic, Md. Louisville pledged receiver Maurice Grinter of Louisville-Fairdale, Kty., who will also walk-on for basketball.
