MLB Insider Tuesday, April 27, 2004 Once again, Las Vegas is popping up in the news as a possible destination for relocating a major league franchise. This is either the case of one of two things: Wishful thinking Leverage talk If it's leverage talk, fine. We've seen owners throw city names around before in order to intimidate the good burghers of their current locale into gift wrapping them a stadium.
