When Jerry Jones named Bill Parcells the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys on January 2, 2003 there was much talk about how long he would keep the job. Parcells has a penchant for cutting out early on his employers. Heart problems forced him to leave the Giants, and he didn't finish out his contract with the Patriots or Jets.
