Even before news broke that Archie Manning didn't want the San Diego Chargers to select his son Eli with the first overall pick in the NFL Draft, a great deal of attention had been paid to the Ole Miss quarterback. In addition to being the son of a former first-round quarterback and the brother of last year's MVP, Manning's name was linked with trade scenarios involving the New York Giants.
