American League Valentin Chicago White Sox: Shortstop Jose Valentin is headed for the disabled list with a hamstring problem. "I've been through those pains and I don't want to go through those pains again," Valentin told Bob Foltman of the Chicago Tribune. "I don't want to be afraid to go 100 percent and make it worse."
