ESPN Insider Thursday, April 8, 2004 Cleveland Browns: The seventh overall pick in the draft belongs to Cleveland, and don't be too surprised if the team uses it to select a quarterback. "Oh God, yeah," owner Randy Lerner told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "I mean, you've got a 34-year-old quarterback [in Jeff Garcia]. You want to start training a guy and getting him adjusted."
