KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. -- It was 10 minutes to one on Tuesday afternoon at the Nasdaq-100 Open, and the emergency personal assured those of us watching that someone with a special key to open it would be there soon help the people stuck in the elevator. Perfectly reasonable, except that ESPN went on live at 1 p.m. and announcers Mary Joe Fernandez and Patrick McEnroe were among those trapped inside.
