When Galileo had the temerity to state openly that the sun, not the earth, was the center of the universe, he was ridiculed and labeled a blasphemer. Thing is, they were both wrong. The center of the universe is Terrell Owens -- just ask him. Perhaps that's a bit harsh, but Owens definitely has cultivated a reputation of someone who's obsessively self-absorbed.
