Davis decides to join Iowa State

Iowa State has pledged Class 2004 guard Anthony Davis of Compton-Centennial, Cal/Long Beach State/Los Angeles CC, Cal. Others showing interest were Pittsburgh, Kansas State and Minnesota. Hawaii gained Class 2004 guard Matt Gibson of Oklahoma City-Putnam, Okla/Three Rivers CC, Mo., who averaged 25.8 points this past season.
