Insider breaks down the American and international underclassmen in the 2004 NBA Draft. The deadline for underclassmen to declare for the draft was May 10. Note: A (#) symbol means the player is testing his status in the draft but will not hire an agent in an effort to retain college eligibility. Underclassmen have until June 17 to withdraw their names for the draft.
