ESPN Insider Tuesday, March 23, 2004 Cleveland Browns: The team wanted more size on the interior of their offensive line, and they got it Monday. The Browns reached a contract agreement with free-agent G Kelvin Garmon. Garmon's agent Drew Pittman said the contract, which is for three years, won't be signed until details are ironed out Wednesday.
