ESPN Insider Wednesday, March 17, 2004 Sapp Cincinnati Bengals: Coach Marvin Lewis wants to dramatically improve his defense and he has targeted the man that he feels could do the job. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer the Bengals are in early discussions with Tampa Bay DT Warren Sapp and have offered him a four-year contract. Lewis has said in the past he considers Sapp and Baltimore Ravens LB Ray Lewis the NFL's two most dominating defensive players. If he were to sign with the Bengals, Sapp would likely replace Tony ...
