Wednesday, November 17, 1999 Here are the latest NFL rumors from the folks at Pro Football Weekly: Negotiations on a contract extension for Patriots strong safety Lawyer Milloy are on hold, but all indications are the deal will still get done. Milloy told his agent to postpone talks if the deal was not finalized during the team's bye week. It now appears the sides will resume discussions after the season.
