ESPN Insider Monday, March 8, 2004 Vincent Cincinnati Bengals: Cincinnati desperately wants to upgrade their defense and they might be able to do that with the acquisition of CB Troy Vincent. The Bengals seem to have zeroed in on Vincent and may have a slim edge in courting him. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer the 11-year veteran is leaning toward signing with the Bengals because of his relationship with defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier.
