QB Wolke selects Notre Dame

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have a commitment from quarterback David Wolke of Smyrna, Tenn., over interest from Kentucky, Wake Forest, Syracuse, Wisconsin, Boise State, Nebraska and Vanderbilt. The Irish recently gained linebacker/defensive back Maurice Crum Jr of Tampa-Tampa Bay Tech, Fla., over Michigan State, Tennessee and South Florida.
