ESPN Insider Wednesday, December 10, 2003 There seem to be a lot of teams jockeying to make themselves part of the playoff chase. And there are a number of teams that were in the playoffs last season but appear destined to be on the outside looking in this season. The story in the East starts with the Orlando Magic, a team that suffered through a 19-game losing streak that basically eliminated any hope they had of playing in May. Why?
