Strictly from a personnel point of view, the Dallas Stars made a strong move Monday by acquiring veteran defenseman Jon Klemm and a 2004 fourth-round draft pick from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for defenseman Stephane Robidas and a 2004 second-round pick.
