Monday, November 17, 2003 Week 11 belonged to the Cleveland Browns. The team that had averaged just 15 points a game exploded for 44 points on Sunday versus the Arizona Cardinals. The team's offensive ineptitude up until last week was the main reason that virtually all of their skill position players were widely available to fantasy owners this past week.
