PASADENA, Calif. (AP) -- With the regular season nearing an end and rivalry week approaching, Oregon is performing at its best. And UCLA is playing at its worst. Kellen Clemens passed for 183 yards and two touchdowns, and Kenny Washington returned a kickoff 97 yards for another score as the Ducks took command early in beating UCLA 31-13 Saturday.
