BOSTON (AP) -- Backup quarterback Charles Hales threw three touchdown passes, Adam Jones scored on two returns and West Virginia rallied from a 14-0 deficit to beat Boston College 35-28 Saturday. The Eagles had a chance to tie with the ball at the Mountaineers 7 and five seconds left.
