Washington Redskins: Preoccupied by family issues, and seriously contemplating the end altogether to his football career, quarterback Danny Wuerffel has turned down a contract offer to rejoin the Redskins. Wuerffel was with the team in 2002, and again in training camp this summer, but was released in the final roster reduction before the start of the season.
