ESPN Insider Wednesday, October 22, 2003 Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Apparently, the city of Tampa is preparing an all-out assault to make sure it hosts the 2008 Super Bowl. The tiny hamlet has recruited retired Army Gen. Tommy Franks to help ensure that sports biggest game will be held in Tampa for the fourth time since 1984. Mayor Pam Iorio told the Tampa Tribune Tuesday that she, Franks and Outback Steakhouse Chairman Chris Sullivan will be part of a city contingent traveling to Chicago next week to make a presentation at the NFL ...
