Arizona Arizona, at 1-6 and 0-3 in the conference, is off to its worst start since 1966, but things could be worse. John Mackovic could still be the head coach. Since Mackovic was booted, the Wildcats have played like they actually care. After looking like one of the worst BCS teams the first four games of the season, Arizona played competitively with TCU, Washington State and UCLA.
