American League Chicago White Sox: In a week where the Cubs are dominating the news, the White Sox would pretty much have to hire Pamela Anderson to be their manager in order to get any ink. According to a report in the Chicago Tribune by Teddy Greenstein, the White Sox have asked the A's for permission to speak to Terry Francona about their job opening at the top spot.
