WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) -- South Florida's Conference USA debut got off to a sloppy start. Ronnie Banks completed 22 of 41 passes for 218 yards to lead the Bulls to a 28-0 win over Army on Saturday in their first Conference USA game. South Florida (2-1, 1-0) mounted several drives behind Banks' arm that were capped by short touchdown runs or field goals, and their defense kept Army contained.
