Special to ESPN Insider Wednesday, September 24, 2003 History tells us that when draft day rolls around in April a decent number of underclassmen will opt to bypass their final season of collegiate eligibility and enter the draft process. In 2003, three of the first five players selected and five of the overall top 10 were underclassmen, while a total of 10 underclassmen ended up hearing their name called in the first round.
