CollegeSports.com Wednesday, September 10, 2003 Oklahoma State has pledged touted Class 2004 guard Jamaal Brown of Chicago-Westinghouse, Ill/Utah Valley CC, Utah/Dixie CC, Utah. Class 2003 center Julius Lamptey of Oklahoma City-Northeast, Okla/New Hampton Prep, NH., will attempt to qualify and play for the Cowboys. He did not qualify for Arkansas in Class 2003 and Georgia in Class 2002.
