Special to ESPN Insider Wednesday, September 3, 2003 After Wisconsin rallied to win 24-17 at West Virginia after being down 17-7, fifth-year senior quarterback Jim Sorgi, who's finally a starter after three solid years of backup duty, ran around the field waving his index finger. He wasn't talking about rankings; he was merely celebrating his first victory as a starter.
