CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) -- Coach Mike Riley wanted Oregon State to establish itself as a rushing threat, and Steven Jackson got the Beavers off to a good start. Jackson had 23 carries for 129 yards and a pair of scores as Oregon State routed Sacramento State 40-7 in the opener for both teams Thursday night.
