It's been a slow, slow summer for the folks in the Central Division. The only real infusion of talent came when LeBron James, Darko Milicic and Chris Bosh heard their names called on draft night. Everyone else is looking at just incremental improvements or, in the case of the Bucks, a major downgrade from last year's team. The Pacers lost their all-star center.
