Winslow tops the preseason Top 100

The Top 100 doesn't reflect how guys figure to get drafted. It is directly off their impact on the field this season and does not include any injured players. It also would have included Maurice Clarett -- somewhere in the top 15 -- but since he's still in limbo we'll wait to add him at midseason. 1.
