ESPN.com Saturday, August 16, 2003 In an apparent rebuttal to some of the recent claims made by University of Colorado dual athlete Jeremy Bloom, NCAA president Myles Brand will reveal his opinions on pay-for-play and the limitations of athletic scholarships.
