Georgia's Mr. Basketball commits to Cincinnati

The Cincinnati Bearcats have a pledge from Class 2004 Top 100 guard Vincent Banks of Atlanta-South Atlanta, Ga/Laurinburg Institute, NC. Banks, who had committed to Miami-Florida last season, averaged 31.4 points as a senior and was named Mr. Basketball in Georgia. Top 100 Class 2004 guard Jamar Butler of Lima-Shawnee, Ohio, has decommitted from Cincinnati and is considering Ohio State and Clemson.
