The Dolphins have been the most consistently good franchise in the NFL over the past 20 seasons, including last year. However, they were probably the most talented team in recent memory to not make the playoffs thanks to a mid-season losing streak when Ray Lucas took over for an injured Jay Fiedler at quarterback.
