ESPN.com Friday, July 25, 2003 After a battle that raged for more than a year, Penthouse magazine has settled with Anna Kournikova for falsely claiming that naked pictures of her were featured in its June 2002 issue. "The case has been settled to the satisfaction of the parties," officials from Octagon, which represents Kournikova, said in a statement. After realizing that the 13-photo spread was not pictures of her, Kournikova immediately filed suit in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, claiming that her name on the cover ...
