ESPN.com Wednesday, July 23, 2003 GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Observations on the 2003 Green Bay Packers from training camp practices on July 22: 1. CliftonTackles Chad Clifton and Mark Tauscher were a little rusty in their first practices, but seeing them on the field was a big relief. Clifton's had a rough time since Warren Sapp ended his season early last year with a vicious block that injured his hip.
