FRL Second Half: Mock Draft

The first half of the 2003 Fantasy Racing League season came to a winding close at Sonoma's road course last month and the season's second segment kicked off with the Pepsi 400 at Daytona. We gathered a group of gear heads -- um, as well as Fantasy Games senior editor Eric Karabell -- to run through an FRL draft to get the second half going.
