The Indy Racing League is halfway home in 2003 and it's time for midterm grades, which include a few pats on the back, several backhands and some straight talk about the all-oval series. While parity still exists in terms of drivers (six different winners in eight races), Scott Dixon and Toyota clearly have been on top of their game.
