Players finally get a say in All-Star voting

It won't be just little Johnny and his dad, over in section 638, who will be punching out All-Star ballots this week. For the first time in decades, baseball will let players, managers and coaches hang some chads, too. Over the next few days, real live humans in uniform will finally get to do some All-Star voting.
