NHL Insider Wednesday, June 25, 2003 Pittsburgh Penguins: The Penguins have found a way to put pressure on Pittsburgh-area politicians to follow through on a promise to jointly build a new arena for the team. But the Pens' partnership with a developer wanting to build a racetrack and slot machine resort makes the deal more complicated. It wouldn't hurt the Penguins' cause if they knew whether owner Mario Lemieux was going to play for the team again next season. But Super Mario is still mulling over whether to retire again. ...
