New York, D.C. still in running for Super Bowl

PHILADELPHIA -- Short of addressing a few remaining details, Super Bowl XLI in 2007 will be played in Miami, commissioner Paul Tagliabue confirmed here on Tuesday during an NFL owners meeting.
