Rookie wide receivers usually make little impact on the fantasy scene. In fact, quite a few recent first-round draft picks have disappointed, including Freddie Mitchell (2001), Reggie Wayne (2001), Peter Warrick (2000), Sylvester Morris (2000), R. Jay Soward (2000), Troy Edwards (1999) and Marcus Nash (1998).
