April 22 | DRAFT NOTEBOOK If Cincinnati takes Carson Palmer as expected, it looks like the top five could settle in nicely. Palmer to the Bengals, Charles Rogers to Detroit, Andre Johnson to Houston, Dewayne Robertson to Chicago and Terence Newman to Dallas.
