Thursday, April 10, 2003 ATHENS,Greece -- The IOC completed a three-day inspection of the Athens Olympics on Thursday, reassured by progress in preparations but insisting there can be no further delays. "The success or failure of the games will depend on what is achieved in these remaining 500 days,'' said Dennis Oswald, head of the inspection team.
