ESPN.com Thursday, April 3, 2003 Apparently, the victor doesn't always win the spoils. That's the humbling part of this year's NFL schedule, which was released Thursday afternoon. The Bucs won the NFC by beating the Eagles in the championship game. The Raiders beat the Titans in the AFC championship game. But Tampa Bay and Oakland each open the season at Philadelphia and Tennessee respectively in nationally televised night games in the first week of the season.
