Defensive back LaBrose Hedgemon of Hoover, Ala., has pledged to Notre Dame. He originally committed to North Carolina Outstanding running back David Richard of St. Louis-Hazelwood East, Mo., has decided to transfer from Michigan State to Missouri. He led the Spartans with 654 yards and five touchdowns last season as a true freshman. The Tigers recently pledged defensive back/receiver Quinton Cunigan of Wills Point, Tex., over TCU.
