ESPN.com football recruiting analyst Wednesday, January 22, 2003 The recruiting season is winding down and the picture is becoming more clear. USC, Miami, Oklahoma and Texas are in the lead, but a lot can still change. Here's a look at my current top 10 with some comments about what could happen. The last few weeks are the most volatile, so stay tuned. Lemming's Top 10 No. 1 USC Trojans USC seems to be the juggernaut in this year's recruiting class.
