Wednesday, January 15, 2003 MOBILE, Ala. -- Here's what the scouts are saying after watching Wednesday's practices for the 2003 Senior Bowl: South squad -- Jan. 15 QB: Chris Simms threw the ball with more accuracy and zip today. The Texas left-hander threw the ball well on the run to the left, but needs to work on throwing the ball while moving to the right. Texas Tech's Kliff Kingsbury still needs to show he has the arm strength to make all the throws. He didn't this morning. USC's Carson Palmer continued to impress. RB ... Activate your ESPN Profile!
